When is pay day?
On the 28th of each month your wages are paid. If the 28th falls on a weekend or bank holiday this will be the working day before. You are paid hours worked between the
What is the payroll period?
22nd of the month till the 21st of the month this Is then paid into your account by n the 28th.
How do I access my payslip?
Your payslip will be emailed to you. Please note the password to open your payslip is your national insurance number.
How do I order uniform?
Each year usually around July we will order employee uniform this consist of our branded polo shirts.
For new starters they will be provided uniform in the induction process.
What is Correct Care?
Correct Care is our training, policies and hr system. On Correct Care you will access your E-learning, policies, supervisions, employee news and much more.

How do I request annual leave?
On Care Control you can request annual leave and see your allowance. The home management will then review your request and confirm the outcome on the system.
What is We See Greatness Awards?
It's our annual awards event employees, residents and relatives will vote for their winners in each home. The winners will then attend the awards ceremony and have a chance to win the best in group award.
