The Fountains

Set in leafy surroundings, right next to the beautiful Victoria Park in Salford, Manchester is The Fountains Care Centre. We are a 98 bed Care Home that specialises in Residential, Nursing, and Dementia Care. You will find a warm welcome and a genuinely caring environment.

The home has been designed with personalised care in mind and is therefore divided into three houses, one providing the highest level of residential care. The other two houses provide nursing care with one providing general nursing care and the other providing nursing dementia.

With tastefully decorated bedrooms. We encourage residents to personalise their rooms with pictures, trinkets and ornaments.

Residents at The Fountains can relax and socialise in the lounges provided. Delicious meals are served with daily menu choices available. Special diets can be catered for.

Activities play a vital part in the day to day running of the home, and in addition to singers and entertainers being provided, the home also has various day to day activities provided by our own in-house activity coordinator.

Living in a Woodcare Home

Lovely home, staff caring and polite. They are also very helpful. Lots of activities to do and the food looks tasty. The manager goes out of her way to help you understand what is a new experience of putting my dad in care. I would highly recommend this home.

Evelyn DickensonThe Fountains Home Manager

Evelyn joined Wood Care Group in in 2012 as a Care Assistant through Evelyn's hard work and commitment to first class care she has risen to become a manager in 2015.

She is very passionate about providing an extremely high level of person-centred care at all times, and is very aware that the residents are at the centre of the home.

Evelyn works closely with her team and likes to know that everyone who lives at The Fountains has a happy sociable life. Evelyn and all the staff and residents at The Fountains love to meet new people, so why not pop in and enjoy a cuppa and a chat?
