Relatives Connection

We recognise the importance of keeping in touch with your loved ones so we actively encourage this across our care homes in a variety of ways.

Residents & Relatives Meetings

We host monthly resident and relatives meetings it’s a great opportunity to get together and share news and gain feedback. This is vital as it allows us to take on board feedback and ensure we are providing a service in line with what you expect.

We also hold meetings allowing relatives who wish to be involved in the care planning process. This allows us to really build in depth care plans in line with your loved ones own unique requirements.

Keeping in touch

Each care home has a Facebook page where content is shared from the home to show the everyday activities within the home. All news is also shared on our website on each individual homes page.

We also offer the Famileo App and Gazette Newsletters

We are very proud that all our care homes all have a Famileo account which enables the resident’s family to stay in touch with their loved ones. Family members can then use the app to post messages and photos about what they have been up to.

Famileo then converts the messages and photos into an easy-to-read newsletter, known as the ‘Famileo Gazette’, which the care home prints out for the individual resident. Each newsletter is unique and personalised to the individual and only features news posted by their families. Residents are able to see photos of their grandchildren, any occasions they may have missed and be updated on any family news.

Friends and Family App

Relatives can access information such as personal allowance balances, engage in life story workbooks, save precious memories such photos and videos which our team can use to engage with your loved one.
(Please note POA is required to access certain features)
