All our homes use electronic care planning this allows us to not only complete in depth care plans but also maximise the time our care staff can spend with residents instead of being stuck doing paperwork.
Our homes feature many facilities such as hair salons, sweet shops, pubs, cinema rooms etc (Please see each individual home for a list of facilities on offer). We also have designed our dining rooms in a restaurant style this allows our residents to transition easily from home to their new home as leaving their room feels like going into a community, it’s great to encourage independence whilst knowing Care is always on hand.
We are proud to partner with Appetito winner of the Queens Award our food is delicious and nutritious we also have a range of options for specialist diets and regularly update and change our menu based on residents preferences.
We really believe in having a great relationship with our residents relatives and know how key they are to ensuring our residents happiness that’s why we don’t have any visiting times it’s the residents home and their relatives should be able to visit anytime. We also have a friend and family app along relatives to see what our residents have been up to along with the ability to contribute to our life stories books.
